Coach Najai is top notch! Her professionalism and punctuality is definitely on point. She worked with my daughter and had such grace and patience with her the entire time. My daughter bragged on how much fun she had and that she felt very encouraged. Coach Najai also provides feedback and homework for her to do that will enhance her skillset. NaJai is my son's AAU Coach. For the time she has been with my son she has been very impactful. She is knowledgeable in techniques and she takes the time to get to know each player and develop them. She challenges them to push beyond their comfort. What I appreciate most out of her is the life she speaks to the boys. She encourages them and remind them of their ability and that they could do anything they decide they want to do. She not only cares about their athletesis but also they way they see themselves. Glad my son had an opportunity to be coached by her.

One of the best AAU coaches we’ve had thus far! Knows basketball and is very fair. Looking forward to the rest of the season and will be taking advantage of the training opportunities she offers outside of AAU. Couldn’t be more pleased with her as a coach!
