Introduction: Is your workout just not working out? Have you tried a personal trainer but still not getting results? Do you really want to get in shape but is intimidated by the equipment or the gym rats? I have a solution; let me be your workout buddy. What is a workout buddy? It is exactly what it says. We work out together. Instead of paying someone to stand over you and tell you what to do, I will take you through one of my personal workouts -- based on your goals -- and will actually work out with you. You will get not only the motivation and push you need but also the intensity, which will allows you to achieve the same results as mine. Because I am results driven, I am consistently modifying my workouts, which take all the guesswork out for you. Who is it for? It's for anybody -- physical condition or experience level does not matter. No matter if your goal is weight loss, strength training, or toning, I have you covered. I will adjust weights and reps as needed to make sure you are doing the following: 1) completing exercise with proper form; 2) challenging yourself; and 3) getting results!
