I highly recommend Easley Repairs, LLC. and these are the reasons why. I contacted Easley Repairs through Thumbtack online and spoke to Kadeem via chat. I needed a handyman to handle 2 projects for me. Kadeem replied to me promptly and offered me a fair price for the job. He was able to fit me in 2 days from the date of contact which was great! The reason that I am impressed is because I ran into some issues with the parts I had to do my install. First the technician Eric told me about the problem with the faucet install. The drainpipe was too big for the sink that came with my faucet assembly. I was given a few different solutions to the problem. They could have easily just walked away. Eric said that he thought he could modify the pipe since it was off by just a hair. He kept at it and was able to use some tools and modify it. The faucet and the assembly work perfectly. What impressed me was his tenacity. He spent a little more time figuring out how to solve the problem and it saved me from shopping for a new drainpipe or being inconvenienced by a non working sink. The other project Eric had to deal with a bent curtain rod. It was shipped to me from Amazon that way. I hadn't opened the box until this morning. Eric came to the rescue. He was able to bend the rod back enough so it hardly shows. He was still able to install the rods and hang my curtains. I most likely will still exchange the rod. My point is that he was diligent and made sure it was right to the best of his ability. Finally the last part that was impressive was Kadeem had the technician Eric show him the faucet he installed to ensure that it was installed correctly and to my satisfaction. He also said that he guaranteed his work if I should have a problem in the future. If you need to hire a contracter please don't hesitate to give Easley Repairs LLC a call. You will not regret it! Thank you Kadeem and Eric for a job well done.

Kadeem was amazing. Although he was not able to fix the issue we had he was completely honest about why he felt we needed to go elsewhere. He’s extremely knowledgeable and was helpful and willing to point me in the right direction. We will be using his services in the future.
