Normal business hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. We do not charge by the hour. We are a flat rate company. (weekends excluded) After hours and weekend rates are $120/hr, depending on the job, we like to offer a max of 2 hours unless there are major issues that need to be addressed. At that point, we will discuss a fair price. We do have hearts, so things are negotiable if there is a reason for us to believe you could use love and care in your situation. We hold true to our word. Every action is transparent. Sometimes a job requires 2 people. If we have to charge for 2 people, we will make that clear before the work is started. I try to give you an idea of cost before the job is started. Some things go unseen, though. Hvac,(20 years) plumbing(25 years), electrical(4 years) and some carpentry!
