About
Normal business hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. We do not charge by the hour. We are a flat rate company. (weekends excluded)
After hours and weekend rates are $120/hr, depending on the job, we like to offer a max of 2 hours unless there are major issues that need to be addressed. At that point, we will discuss a fair price.
We do have hearts, so things are negotiable if there is a reason for us to believe you could use love and care in your situation.
We hold true to our word. Every action is transparent. Sometimes a job requires 2 people. If we have to charge for 2 people, we will make that clear before the work is started. I try to give you an idea of cost before the job is started. Some things go unseen, though.

I have assembled a team of people I have personally worked with for many years. Only a small circle of trusted people on our team. One of the most important parts of a business relationship is the relationship between you and the person you hire. The bigger a company gets, the smaller your needs mean to the people you hire. I am a 3rd generation professional in the HVAC and Plumbing trades. My grandpa owned an HVAC /Plumbing business and his daughter (my mom) owned a separate HVAC/plumbing business. Finding a good technician isn’t as hard as finding a business that stands behind what they claim. Building a relationship is just as important as fixing the problem you may be having. The price for that relationship and service should not make you worry either. We are a small business with big hearts. So, reach out to us if you are in need. Let’s go to work!

Jason responded to my request right away and came to assess. Had a gas valve problem and the replacement was not immediately available, he worked hard and found one the same day and came in and fixed it after hours. He was able to fix it within the same day . I'm very much impressed by his responsiveness, professionalism and work ethics. Reasonable price as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Due to a hectic and often unpredictable work schedule, Jason worked around the challenges I had to get my repair done. I appreciate his flexibility and understanding. Arrived on time and got right to work. He diagnosed one of the issues within 5 min and resolved it within 15 min. The other issues were also resolved quickly. Very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed with the quality of his work I will most likely use him for another project (which he answered many questions about).

Jason and his colleague were very responsive to our request for help. We originally asked them only to replace the thermostats in our house, but after mentioning that we were having issues with our systems but hadn’t been able to figure out the problem, they did an inspection and figure out the issue for us. Although we didn’t ask for a thorough inspection, they also identified several other maintenance issues of which we were unaware (despite asking another company to do an inspection shortly after we moved into the house). I’ve already asked them back to do some of this follow up work, and recommended them to a coworker who recently purchased a home.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on location. This will ensure the fairest price for you and me. I want you to feel good about the investment you need to make into your home. We need to fix the issue. You also need to feel good about the money you just spent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First-time customers have to pay a one-time "establishment fee". This is just a half down payment of the service price. When the job is complete, we just finish the payment. This "fee" is not anything extra. It is just to establish who you are and to establish who I am.
Example- If the service fee is $70 to come out and fix the issue (material cost not included in the service fee), you pay $35. If a motor is bad, you pay the total at the end of the service. So you would pay the $35 (of the initial service fee, motor cost, and any additional time labor we agree upon beforehand) No surprise cost or bills. If you didn't agree to it. You don't pay for it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years of field HVAC experience, Trane equipment Training, Samsung Equipment Training. HVAC Richmond Tech school. I am never-ending my education in the HVAC field. 10 years of Plumbing Experience. Minor Electrical troubleshooting issues.
