Excellent work. They answered all my questions and were quick to respond to my messages. The service was quick as well. My tub was draining slow and needed new pipes to fix the problem. They fixed the pipes and fixed the wall as well. Everything was done the same day and looks great.

The job I needed done was a relocation of a dryer exhaust vent. Frisly was not only the representative who quoted the job, he also completed the work. He was very punctual and efficient. He was also very patient when answering all of my questions. When faced with obstacles, he walked me through multiple plans he intended to implement. Anytime we as homeowners need contract work done, it can be very anxiety inducing. We want contractors to deliver the highest level of care as if they were working on their own homes. Overall, Frisly delivered that. As a result of his good work our dryer has been working correctly. There haven't been any issues that we've come across. I would definitely recommend his services.

I was having trouble with my thermostat for quite a while and I had contacted other companies, but Rock Bound Builders was by far the best company I could find out there. I wish I had found them sooner! Their attentiveness and work was impeccable. They made sure that they didn’t leave until the job was done perfectly. HVAC can be a little pricey but they were worth it (I ended up needing a change out). They were quick to find the problem and I will definitely be contacting them again. For anyone that asks me I recommend Rock Bound Builders.
