- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly researching online. My face is constantly in books. I never believe I'm an expert in anything. I learn something new every day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Truthfully: I only started cooking to be able to travel and play music. It just evolved from there.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The more you know about what you're looking for, the better we can facilitate the experience for you. As much as we love the creative freedom with no constraints, if you hire us to do a job...please set your expectations right up front.
