All three were sound businesses and good initial meetings, however Nilson provided a competitive bid and we meshed well with his and his partner. One Stop Renovations and his subcontractors completed a remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring and painting within 40 days. They were flexible to some changes we made to fixtures selections. I would recommend them to anyone. The following comments are things that I think made our process smothering. - we hauled debris to help offset costs - we checked in most every day to see progress - the house is near a home improvement store for those last minute needs - we handled material costs"See more
