Introduction: Due to my training: Certified in: Primary Yoga, Stability Ball, Pilates, Circuit training, H2O Fitness, Silver Sneakers Classic, Stability, and Core and Functional Fitness...and experience, I am able to offer an individualized plan to meet your personal needs. I have experience working with beginners, (my favorite population) and those with experience. I like to offer a variety of formats and often combine several. I will cheer you on, not tear you down.
Safety is one of my primary concerns. I love learning and actively stay up to date by learning new formats, exercises and developing new unique routines.

Seeing a client go from little to no activity to getting hooked on the exercise high and gaining strength, endurance, better health, self esteem, agility, flexibility and balance is the most rewarding.
