Calvin worked on three projects for me. I would have given him a "5", for a couple of minor reasons I would rate him a "4.8". He does nice work and is very accommodating.
On my mailbox, the post is plumb, but not perpendicular to the roadway. The work was good enough that I offered him two more projects.
On my back stoop, he replaced the landing and the stairs. They are perfect. He even added the risers.
On my garden cart, he replaced the rotted bottom with aluminum grilling for drainage and built two interior shelves.
He thoroughly cleaned up the area after completing the work.
He is a fine young man, does good work and charges a reasonable rate.
