I had a great experience with this service. He responded quickly and was able to come out the same day to assemble my desk. His pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. He was punctual, professional, and completed everything efficiently and correctly. The desk came out perfect, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I hired this contractor to rehang an interior door and replace three doorknobs. The quoted minimum was $120 (2 hours at $60/hour). After two hours, only the door had been rehung and the doorknobs were not installed—-2 hours to rehang a door?? I was later informed that the door could not support a doorknob due to the condition of the hole—however, this was not assessed or communicated before work began. I would have appreciated a proper evaluation and clear communication upfront before time was spent on work that could not be completed as planned. I ultimately had to end the service early and will need to hire someone else to complete the job. I recommend confirming experience and having a clear plan before starting.
