The photographer was kind and pleasant to work with. Prior to the event, she did inform me that she is an ambulatory wheelchair user and reassured me that it would not be an issue, explaining that she only needed to sit after standing for a period of time. However, during the event, she was seated for roughly 90% of the time. I only noticed her assistant taking photos briefly when I first arrived, and the majority of the photos appear to have been taken by the photographer herself. Unfortunately, the overall photo quality did not meet my expectations. More than half of the photos were blurry, with only about four images turning out clear. I also noticed that many photos appeared to be heavily cropped rather than properly zoomed in using the camera, which likely contributed to the blurriness. While the restaurant lighting was not ideal, I expected that an experienced wedding photographer would be able to adjust camera settings or techniques to compensate for low-light conditions. I do appreciate that she provided a memory book and USB, which was a nice touch. However, overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the photos given the expectations for professional wedding photography.

Derrick was with us every through the entire process of wedding from the Engagement Photos, Bridal Portrait Photos and the Day of Event. I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He was punctual for every appointment and responded to each call in a reasonable time frame. Derrick is very personable and took his time with the bride to make sure all of her questions were answered. The photo albums were beautiful. We have even made a new friend. Ricky photographed my mom's surprise birthday party. He was on time for the event and was able to capture some of the best memories from that party. Prior to the party, Ricky was very responsive, professional and curious about details of the party to ensure he was prepared. I was somewhat worried because he was traveling quite a ways to get to us however he did not disappoint at all by showing up when he said he would.
