- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take food service classes and occasionally attends classes on how to serve. Attending small business seminars on the business end of the business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love serving people. I have cooked meals on a voluntary basis in a nursing home I catered to the eight years. It was completely a joy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lunches, dinners for various events as mentioned in my profile. Buffet or served.
