Introduction: We provide authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a twist as well as other Asian Fusion items. All of our products are made from scratch and locally sourced when possible. We pride ourselves in great customer service and serving food as quickly as possible to our customers.
We love seeing our customers satisfied (and full!). We take great care to only use quality products and strictly adhere to adopted Health Code practices. In addition, there is always a ServSafe Certified Manager on duty.

Had the pork banh mi yesterday it was awesome! Meat was tender and bread was crunchy outside and chewy inside...better than Catina's!

Had a Wonderful Lunch Today from your Food Truck. I enjoyed the Banhmi Sandwich w/ Pork and Chicken Egg Roll. The food was excellent fresh and great favor . I hope you will be coming back to the Boulders . <3
