- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a fix amount per hour, discount for 2 people or more at the same time, and discount as well for a 2 hours session, or twice a week sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them as comfortable as possible, a lot of people are a little nervous in the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Journalism, and a Certificate in European Languages from Europe, Belgium. I had a lot of students of all ages, grade level, and background. I had the pleasure to teach the French language to a FBI agent as well, who had to be transferred for 2 years in a French colony in Africa.
