TJ E. says, "I used this company a few weeks ago. My AC needed refrigerant. We get it serviced yearly by the company who installed it but they closed shop. This company came out the next day and added some, it didn’t cool the house. I waited 2 days to give it time because they said the outside unit froze. They came back with a more experienced tech, added more refrigerant, “defrosted” it and it worked great for almost 2 weeks. Then it froze again. I knew we had a leak. So they came back out and checked everything, planned to come back with the supplies needed to fix the leak in the outside unit. While double checking the air handler inside the tech noticed where the leak actually was. He said that leak was easier to fix and cheaper. They fixed it and cleaned up and I paid the exact amount I was quoted. I waited a few weeks to give a review because I wanted to make sure everything was working right. So far no issues, praying this continues. I will use them again if I need to. The techs were professional."See more
