- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is for a turn-key project, which includes all parts, tax & labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes a free, no obligation site check and estimate. Once the customer makes a decision on the type of door they want, we can go ahead and get them on the schedule. Typically, the door is in stock and we can install as soon as the very next day. In some circumstances, we have to order the door, which takes about 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A1 Door Company is a member of the International Door Association. Our technicians are highly skilled and professional. A1 Door Company is also a Class A Contractor in the state of Virginia.
