FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to work with my customers budget if it is reasonable for the amount of work that is in place. I occasionally accept payment plans accompanied by a contract signed by both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer my typical process is the initial phone call for the customer to tell me what is going on and what their needs are, also to set a date for the in person estimate. I then arrive for the set date and time of the estimate to evaluate the job at hand. I explain what will be required to get the job done as well as giving a quote on price and discussing a start date. Depending on the size of the job I sometimes start the same day if the customer agrees. On the first day I show up I explain what I will be doing and then set a working schedule around the customers schedule to get the job done. Upon finishing the job I ask for feedback and any questions and I always leave my number and name again in case they may need assistance/ask questions, etc in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification in framing and I have taken multiple construction classes in and after school. I have also worked for many different companies and top foreman’s in order to gain the most knowledge possible and master my craft. I have also worked on my own over the years with multiple clients being only me on the site.
