- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is detailed and designed to ensure accuracy and a perfect long-term solution. First, we schedule a quick call to understand your needs and confirm your interest in our premium protection and restoration services. Next, we schedule an On-Site Assessment at your property to take precise measurements and thoroughly inspect your entire gutter system. Based on this, you will receive a comprehensive, itemized estimate detailing all work (cleaning, sealing, realignment, reinforcement, and protection installation) and the terms of your 2-Year Full-Performance Warranty. Once approved, we both sign a contract detailing the work, price, and warranty, and then we schedule the installation.
