Trey was great! He was polite, efficient, and neat. He installed two flat screen TVs, a soundbar, and two ceiling fans. Great work all around.

Trey McFerrin was great to work with. When I put out the initial 'feeler' on Thumbtack, he responded within 20 minutes and was able to schedule my installation on the date requested. He picked up my order from Lowes, kept me informed during each step of the installation process, and worked quickly and efficiently. I will request Trey for any future projects.

Dont waste your time hiring this guy. He will literally just waste your time. I reached out to get a quote for backsplash tiling for my kitchen. We scheduled a date & time for the work for a few days later. He started texting a few days prior to the agreed upon day & proceeded to pressure me into allowing him to come do the job sooner than we had agreed. I had to tell him multiple times that I was not available due to my work hours & that we needed to stick to the time we had originally agreed on. I also told him that if he was no longer available during the agreed upon time, that I would understand, but that I wasnt available any sooner than that. He then re-confirmed the time we had set & said that he would be there. When the day came, I reached out at the time that we had agreed to, so that I could provide the address. He never responded & never showed up. I reached out again the next day to ask what happened & he finally responded saying that he “had family come into town & he forgot to reach out” to me. He offered to reschedule the job & wanting to give a second chance, I did. We scheduled it for the next Sunday at 12. He showed up an hour & a half late & then told me that he didnt have the tools he needed for the backsplash job (lazer & leveler). When I asked him why he would come to do a backsplash job without the tools, he said that he “didnt think about it”. Then he asked if he could come back & do the job another time. He then asked if there was anything else I needed done because “he came all the way over here” so I guess he wanted to make the trip worth it. So I mentioned that I had a couple floating shelves that I needed to have hung up. He asked to see them & then said that he would save those for the next time as well. He said that he would come back the next Sunday at the same time (which was yesterday) but he obviously didnt show up, AGAIN. There has been zero communication about it & I am cutting my losses at this point. Again, dont waste your time with this guy.
