- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your Neighborhood Handyman is the most affordable handyman in RVA. Just $49 per hour. ($59 per hour for evenings after 5pm and weekends.) We are the small job specialists so the average visit is 2.5 hours in which we usually accomplish 4.5 items for our clients. One hour jobs with one specific purpose are absolutely fine. However, we very often find that homeowners are so happy with our efficient and professional work that they come to us with additional requests during our "one hour" visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients typically will hear about me through referrals so they know their friends, neighbors, or family trust me and have been happy with the results I provide. Clients usually access my website and send me an email or phone call to tell me what they need. I will spend as much time as necessary on the phone to understand their needs and formulate a plan to get them the result they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 20 years of doing handyman services. Since 1997! and before that I helped my dad for years around our properties.
