Terrell came out and measured the entire upstairs portion of my home, as I wished to remove my carpet and have laminate flooring installed. He sent me a detailed estimate by the end of the day, and the next week gentlemen were at my home to install my flooring. The installers did an amazing job, Terrell called every day to check in to make sure the job was being done well, and he answered my many questions (always with patience and kindness). I would highly recommend Koala Flooring. They are an honest company, their prices are fair, their work is amazing, and they sincerely care about their customers. I am blessed to have worked with them.
