I am seriously almost I'm tears. I had a REALLY bad day at work and I just got home at 8:45pm to the cleanest, most beautiful home ever and I'm so thankful I chose this service. I wish I could remember the name of the super nice lady that called me when they were on their way. I wasn't home but she called again later to let me know of little things they'd found and where they placed them (earrings found in the carpet) and she even asked if I wanted them to change my sheets for me as I'd just washed them but hadn't made the beds yet. The floors are beautiful, counter tops and bathtubs clean..etc. I have family coming in 2 days and did not have the time at all to clean the house. After such a stressful day of work and stress about family coming, coming home to such a beautiful home legit has me choked up. Thank you so so much and I will definitely be a return customermer. Thank you!!!!

Very reliable both in punctuality and quality! I'd like to have some "deep" cleaning, i.e. baseboards, mini blinds, etc., but I think I can schedule this with them for an additional fee...They make my life so much easier and coming home to a clean apartment is wonderful!

I recently worked for maid right. This isnt a bad company. I believe what makes it bad are the people you have to work with. Personally speaking, i was employed by a member who had their own franchise of the business. Since I do have 2+ yrs of cleaning experience that helped me in the long run. The first few months were great! After a while i started to notice how my employers work was. They were missing areas of work, they started to lean on me more to complete jobs, their lack of knowledge in the cleaning business showed. They blamed me for customers complaints even when the work done wasnt my own. But not only that their lack of respect for their customers and homes showed even more greatly. I contacted the head owner with my concerns looking for answers but was only told I needed to handle things between them and I. I felt as them being the over all owner of the entire business they should have shown more compassion even for ALL their employees. I recently reached out to the owner asking for a replacement within the company only to be told there werent any openings but never asked other employers if they could use help. What broke the camels back was the lack of communication between me and my employer, the blatant disrespect for myself and customers, the lack of help received during work hrs, the low hourly pay with no raises, missed pay checks and non offer of insurance benefits. Cleaning is not hard but you do have to have some kind of love for it, for it to be successful. The owner can only respond to OUR interactions with each other since I did not work directly for the company therefore they can not give a overall review.

As their employee, any issues that you have working for them must be handled between you both since franchisees run their own companies with our office ensuring that they comply with their contract to represent the brand. Maid Right standards must be upheld by our franchisees, and our inspection process and direct feedback from customers, allows us the ability to coach our franchisees to ensure that the standards are being met. Your work and the work of your franchise owner were not always perfect, nor do we expect it to be- just that we do our best and always try to improve, and feedback was provided to your employer when appropriate to make improvements or to correct cleaning misses. It is natural to get defensive but we need to get past it and take care of the customer. Unfortunately, there were no other opportunities for you here with other franchise owners or with the main office but we wish you the best as you move on.
