- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to go see the place before giving the estimate. It is also important to meet with a new costumer beforehand so we can have a conversation to know what he/she expects of me.

I started working with cleaning service because when the cleaning is finished it is gratifying to see customer satisfaction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always advise hiring someone who really cares about the quality of the service. So it is very important when the owner of the schedule is going to clean your house. Because the owner of the schedule will always do the best to satisfy the customer. And the big difference is that it will always be the same person who will enter your home.
