- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I typically like to have an initial info gathering session to get to know them and have them get to know me. This is a time to ask questions, explain my process for the work and how this facilitation, mediation or coaching experience can help them move to a more positive path in their lives. It is also a time for the customers to learn more about me and build a comfort level to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been formally trained and practiced mediation, facilitation and coaching skills. I have designed and taught mediation and facilitation classes. I have been coaching and mentoring team members, other mediators and co-workers over the last 10 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Have worked with a varied and diverse group of clients over the last 20 years. They have ranged from couples trying to resolve personal or family issues, workers with relational issues, facilitating small and large groups thru sensitive meetings and one on one coaching sessions with individuals who simply want to get their lives back on track personally and/or professionally.
