Where to begin… At first working with Sam sounded like it was going to be a great experience. He said that he was going to send two trucks and two crews to do our complex move. We were combining households as a blended family moving into one home. My belongings were in 2 storage units and my partner’s in his apartment. He quoted me one price and we confirmed a date and he said that he would call the day before to confirm a time. Due to the closing on our new house being delayed, I called and let him know and he charged me $300 extra. At this point I had no choice because there was not time to lineup another mover. I was also told that he was sending one truck with three guys and that he would be on site as well. I was also told that the movers would have dollies, wrap and moving blankets. The movers showed up 15 minutes late. Sam was not with them and the movers did not have any equipment in the back of the truck. Thankfully, one part of our move had been pre-packed with self bought moving blankets or else many of our items would have been damaged because the crew that showed up didn’t have blankets or padding to protect our belongings. I informed Sam of this and he said that “he forgot” My partner’s items were handled with care, and from what I can tell did not get damaged. The three guys that showed up were wonderful. They took great care of our items whether they were wrapped in blankets or not, and were very efficient with the space of the truck. They worked extremely hard and the total move took 10 hours. It would have been done about 8 hours, but our seller did not communicate to us that the parking lot at our new home was being sealed and would be unusable. We had to borrow a neighbor’s dollie to help bring items from an adjacent parking lot to the home. Be advised that Sam does not accept cards. We were only given Zelle or PayPal as a way to pay for our services.

I hired this company and I drove 2 1/2 hrs away to meet them to pick up an item for me. They no call no showed . I texted upon my arrival for an ETA ... I got no response. I called them several times and no one answered. They are not reliable, they will have you stranded with no help. The lack of professionalism at its best.
