Outstanding Service!
Grindline Moving was amazing from start to finish. They were professional, on time, and handled all my furniture with care. The team was friendly, fast and made my move completely stress-free. I was sent AI-generated photos of the house as completion photos which I did not appreciate. It was never explained to me why those were sent, which is confusing and misleading. They ended up sending more photos of the home, which were unaltered, so we paid them. Can't say I will call them back due to the initial dishonesty.

The photos sent to this client were taken immediately after the job by our team—none were AI-generated, as falsely claimed. When the customer reached out weeks ago regarding one photo, I promptly followed up and re-sent the image she said she hadn’t received. She acknowledged it, and no further concern was expressed at that time.
It’s unfortunate to see a negative review nearly three weeks later with misleading accusations, especially after efforts were made to clarify and resolve the matter. We’ll continue to stand on integrity and quality service, as we always have.
