This Construction Company is a joke and a scam. I paid them $10,000.00 to gut and restore my mobile home, they gutted it and left and never returned to complete the project, so now my home sits with no walls or ceilings and they were paid the $10,000.00 up front. They have had more than 8 months to complete this project. Now it is at the point where we are going to Court for Breach of Contract. Stay away from this Construction Company, find anyone else. There are only 2 employees and they are both homeless, even after taking my $10,000.00 they both remain homeless and residing with the owner's father. Court Date will prevail. If you want to hear specific details, come to Chesterfield County Courthouse (Bland vs Jackson & Upgrade Construction, LLC on 02/27/15 @ 9:00 a.m.

Wow no money was ever stolen. Money was given to start and finish this project. The trailer home was gutted down to the 2x4s the work was 75 percent complete before we left the site IN Mississippi in which We were to return the following week. The owner told us not to go back and wants the partial upfront money back as well. So yes we will be going to court to take care of this situation. I am honest and love to help people but i have to learn that you cant help evryone.
