- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $55 per hour and $27.50 per 1/2 hour for all instruments and voice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an on-line customer information sheet that lets us know the needs of the customer. Once we assign an instructor we work with each student independently to achieve their musical goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors have degrees in their instrument or are completing their degree. Some of our instructors have Post Graduate Degrees and most have degrees in musical education.
