Isaiah and Rahmany were very professional and detailed in what they offered. This company also offer free upgrades which really was excellent. I would recommend this company for any future roof repairs or installation.

Best Choice Roofing did a wonderful job installing our new roof. General Manager, Charles Elliott, guided me through the entire process. Charles performed a complete inspection of the roof and was extremely knowledgeable of the roofing materials needed for our roofinstallation. Scheduling by Maranda was great. We had to rescheduled due to a rainy day, but Maranda rescheduled the job right away. Follow-up communication by Charles and Maranda was perfect. I knew the exact status of my upcoming installation at all times. The crew showed up on time, did a professional installation and clean up was exceptional. I would highly recommend Best Choice Roofing for any roofreplacement or repair needs.

Charles Elliott came out to inspect my roof as I had notice some water spots in my garage. He did a full inspection and noticed I had some damage from a previous storm. So he helped me contact my insurance agent and even did most of the setting up for them to send someone out to look at it as well. Charles came back out when my insurance agent came out and stayed to answer any question he or I had. My insurance ended up approving a replacementroof and I was so happy that Charles was able to pretty much take it from there as far as paperwork, scheduling, install and even checking in on the project the day of installation. I am very happy with my new roof and the professionalism of Charles and the gentleman putting the roof on. I would highly recommend BCR and Charles to assist in the process and will refer friends and family to him in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting Otto Jackson from Best Choice Roofing. He came to my house and asked if he could do a roof estimate for free. I proceeded to let him go up there and I followed suit and he personally showed me damage to my roof that has been caused by a storm that recently happened. Needless to say my roof was pretty damaged so he started the claims process for me and within 2 days my adjuster called me and we were setting up an inspection time in a week. Today I had the inspection by the adjuster and Otto came out with the adjuster so that they can discuss the roof and Otto was correct about the damages so I got my estimate from the adjuster and have already been contracted to get my roof repaired as soon as the materials come. I would recommend BCR because of their professional and very knowledgeable sales staff. They treated me with respect and helped me with the process and made my life just a little easier knowing that I will have a quality roof soon.

Terrance our sales person from BCR came out to give us a free estimate. He explained so much and took pictures of the entire roof and explained the damages that he saw. He explained about the different roofing and the process. Terrance even checked on us during the process. Mike came out to inspect the job when it was done and was very informative about the material that was used. We want to thank Terrance, Mike, Melinda and the entire BCR staff for a lovely roof. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have taken an All-Inclusive approach to roofing projects. This protects our customers from surprise/hidden fees while giving their home everything it needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is simple. We first conduct the initial appointment to evaluate the roof/attic and present solutions to our customers. After selecting the best solution, your project gets assigned to a project manager. Your project manager will be responsible for coordinating and communicating all project updates. This includes material deliveries and the coordination of crews.
On the day of your project, our team will set up a property protection system to protect your home (HVAC system) during the project's duration. While most projects can be completed on the same day, some larger homes may require more time.
Once the roof is installed, our crew will perform a clean-up and roll an industrial-grade magnet around your yard to clean up nails. Once this is done, your new roof is yours to enjoy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Best Choice Roofing is OSHA Certified and follows all the OSHA guidelines to ensure everyone on your project is safe.
We are also a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning. This means we are subject to very strict post-installation inspections that guarantee you get the best workmanship quality.
