FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Every estimate includes materials, labor, and cleanup—no hidden fees. We also offer seasonal promotions and discounts for full roof replacements, referrals, senior, and military. Final pricing depends on roof size, materials, and project scope, but we always provide a detailed written quote before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Ridgetop Construction, our process is simple and transparent to ensure every customer feels confident and informed from start to finish: Free Inspection & Consultation – We start by scheduling a free roof inspection to assess the condition of your roof and discuss your needs and goals. Detailed Estimate – After the inspection, we provide a clear written estimate that outlines the materials, scope of work, and timeline — with no hidden fees. Material Selection – We help you choose from high-quality roofing options, including GAF TIMBERLINE HDZ shingles, in your preferred color and style. Project Scheduling – Once approved, we set a convenient installation date and keep you updated every step of the way. Professional Installation – Our certified crew completes the project efficiently and safely, ensuring top-quality workmanship. Final Walkthrough & Cleanup – We perform a final inspection with you to ensure your complete satisfaction and leave your property clean. Warranty & Support – Every roof comes backed by our workmanship warranty and manufacturer’s coverage for peace of mind. We believe in honesty, quality, and communication — from the first call to the final inspection.
