I manage Parkwood Manor Apartments in Norfolk, VA and I have used Magic Make Readies on several of my turns here. The communication, delivery, and atmosphere have been superb. Any items that were minor inconveniences were promptly addressed with grace and understanding. Stellar experience from the top down. I moved into an apartment that was badly remodeled. I incorrectly thought that Magic was the problem. The property owner made no effort to resolve the problems that were the result of a rush to complete the job by the property owner and supply chain problems. When I complained about Magic the owner contacted me. The site manager and crew came in and did a ten star job doing an outstanding job to make things right. This is a first class business with great ownership and employees.
