Nick was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, providing multiple options for repairing our crumbling grout and not just pushing the most invasive or expensive option. He was quick to squeeze us into his calendar and did a great job re-grouting and caulking our tile shower.

We had an excellent experience with Nick's service with grouting for the tiles on my small bathroom. Nick was super responsive, quoted a very affordable rate and was punctual and professional in his work. I had received much higher quotes and a long lead time from some of the more established firms working on grouting but Nick did the same quality of work at a more affordable rate within a few days of our reaching out to him. When we noticed that some of the grouting needed rework (as we accidentally used the shower sooner than idea), Nick was super flexible and patient to travel more than hour from his home just to get the repairs done. Excellent work ethics and a kind human being!

Nick delivered a meticulously executed shower refresh—he carefully removed all existing grout without damaging tiles, precision‑caulked every seam, applied a lasting sealer, and guided me through proper cleaning and upkeep. He left the whole area spotless. The finished result looks beautifully refreshed!

Nick is very personable and he did a terrific job removing old grout and applying new grout in my steam shower. We took a few minutes to discuss the shower as it's 20 years old and I had to point out a few things with respect to how the shower has aged and silicon caulk I used in places that needed to be removed. During the work, I periodically interrupted Nick to ask a question or two and he called a couple items to my attention. He repaired a couple decorative tiles that were broken and did some much improved caulking. Nick was more than happy to answer all my questions and I appreciate that. What I didn't expect was he used a dremel and removed grout in small inlay tiles and wow, applying the new grout makes the shower wall pop. It looks great. Nick completed the work (and cleaned up) a few hours ago so I can't walk in shower but 2 photos show the floor and back wall.
