Nick was phenomenal and did a great job regrouting my shower floor. From communicating clearly to the high quality work, I was very pleased. He gave a great quote that laid out exactly what he’d do and offered a very reasonable rate. He was easy to communicate with and by the time he arrived I knew exactly what to expect. The work itself was efficient and very high quality. We are extremely pleased with the results and even happier that he went above and beyond and did the threshold and exterior base of the shower as well. Thank you Nick!

Nick was amazing! He stayed in communication with us and took the time to explain everything so that we would be comfortable and understand how the process begins and ends. He was accomodatting, as we needed to interupt his process to get things from the kitchen in order to prepare for not being on the floor for a few days. Nick worked all day and the product looks amazing!! We need to wait for it to settle and cure for pictures but it already is looking 100× better.

Nick regrouted and recaulked two showers, and also replaced a floor tile and regrouted the tile entry way. Scheduling and communication was very easy and the end product is fantastic. We will get many more years out of these bathrooms and entry way now that they no longer have crumbling mortar and broken tile as the first thing you see. Great facelift project for some heavily used spaces.

Nick helped save the day (and week)! After some holes showed up randomly in our tile shower, I looked for help late one night. Thankfully Thumbtack was there and Nick was available. We chatted that evening and he as able to diagnose the issue via photos shared. We scheduled an appointment for two days later and he arrived on time ready to work. He was able to re-grout our entire shower in a day (and with the right grout this time) plus add some caulk and seal it all up. I am a very fair person, and like to help people out as much as I can. I will work with you on prices, everyone needs a helping hand sometimes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get pictures of the areas that work is needed, so that I can make an informed assessment, that way I can give a fair estimate on price and time frame of how long the job would take.
