I cant say enough good things, the whole process from beginning to the end was just perfect. first he is very responsive, I expgained the job to him, he came same day and give me a quote. his quote was way cheaper than any other competitor in the area. we agreed on quote and he came next day, finished the project on time, done beautifully and professionally, perfect job. definetly will be using his service in the future for any plumbing job we need, highly recommended , A++

I’m sorry you felt the work wasn’t completed as expected. My goal is always to be upfront about the scope of work and pricing. When I came to snake the shower drain, I found there was a heavy buildup that had hardened and could not be cleared with snaking alone. I also noticed the waste line had shifted, which can cause drainage issues. I explained the situation and offered to redo the line as the best long-term solution, which you approved. The cost was slightly higher due to the extra materials and labor involved.
