What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Traveling out to you and fully installing a system will be billed by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off establish the specific computing needs of the customer. Then after discussing their budget, formulate a build and fine tune it with the customer. Finally, they put down a deposit and I order and assemble their machine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Word, Powerpoint, HTML, WPR, CSS, and Excel. I have also worked with Roanoke Cities Department of Technology, helping them configure computers for fire stations/police stations.
