We performed the services that were discussed for the pricing discussed upon scheduling the appointment to diagnose the issues with your washer. We also helped the tenant with other areas of concern and did our best to help. The back panel was removed and the washer was advanced through multiple test cycles while we monitored the supply lines, feed valve, drain pump, discharge hose, and the drain standpipe and concluded that there were no issues or parts that needed replacing.
