- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fixed diagnostic fee that is applied toward the repair cost. I use only original parts, and their price is always confirmed with the customer beforehand. I offer discounts for returning customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I run a full diagnostic and explain the issue to the customer. Then I provide the repair cost, and if the customer agrees, I complete the repair the same day. After finishing, I always give recommendations for proper use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional training in appliance diagnostics and repair, and I regularly update my skills to stay familiar with modern models and technologies.
