Called me on phone 09/30/2025, 5:30pm. Asked what was problem? Told him stove top large burner wanted to go to High heat, without any warning. Gave him Model number and make of stove. He ask for my address, which I gave him and also go number to call me back later that evening. I gave him my cell phone number. He never called. I sent him a message at 2:00am the next morning about not calling me back and haven't heard from him as of 5:12pm, 10/01/2025, so deleted everything, after making copies of my contact through Angie, also deleted the Angie App, which is very complicated and has lousy directions. Will not use this company again and will refer other people my age from using it also. Further the contractor sounded like he was a foreigner and didn't sound like he understood me or what he was doing. Said he's have to look it up and call me back?
