I called on a Saturday about my fridge and Alex was at my place in 20 minutes. He immediately fixed my issues and was very kind and professional. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any other appliance issues. Highly, highly recommend!

My Samsung washer has been acting up for 2 months and we have a warranty, thank goodness! Contacted Alex through the warranty company and he came on time as I requested! The suspension rods were bad and he had to order new ones! The warranty company tried to send Amazon replacement ones and Alex came to put them in! They didnt work! He said, they were not factory parts and they probably wont work right! He finally was able to get factory parts, which were 5 times the price of the Amazon $45 ones! Washer is back to normal and hope to not need him again but definitely recommend him for all your appliance needs!

I highly recommend this business. Alex was prompt, professional, and did everything he said he would. After falling on my new dishwasher door I was certain I had ruined it. Alex assured me it could be fixed and it was. In fact, it operates even better than before because Alex made the correct adjustments that my previous installer failed to do. I am a satisfied customer.

Highly recommend Magic Touch. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and scheduled return visit. Problem could not be resolved (he warned me beforehand). Prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable service. Surprised when he said "no charge" after two visits! Will call him again when needed!
