I posted on thumbtack that I needed my water heater repaired. I got a response immediately from WK Home Services. William called me and we discussed getting the part that was needed and that he would order it. He said he would call me as soon as he sourced the part. An hour and a half later, he called me and said that he could be out the next morning with the part between 8:30 and 9:00 am. He called me a little after 8:00 am to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived at 8:45am and went to work. About an hour later, he had finished the repair. He stayed around an extra 45 minutes to make sure that the water heater had no leaks and that it functioned as it should. It was a successful repair. I want to stress that I was informed about everything from start to finish. I am a satisfied customer and will be using WK Home Services for my next plumbing need.

I reached out to William yesterday and he was able to fit us in this morning(!) to replace our kitchen faucet. He and Steve did a wonderful job with that. Fast, friendly, efficient, and at an affordable cost, too, William discovered a needed repair in one of the kitchen sinks, which, if not replaced, would have caused a serious leak. They were able to go get the part and replace it immediately. William explained everything very clearly and showed us everything too. His communication throughout the process, from first contact to finish, was exemplary. I would hire William and Steve again in a heartbeat. We’ve found our new plumbing service for sure!
