Mark was willing to come the same day that another contractor cancelled. He installed a ceiling fan with a light on a 10 foot slanted ceiling. I contacted him at 10 AM and he arrived, true to his word, at 1 PM.
Mark was personable, kept us informed as he worked and made sure everything was in working order when he was finished with the job.
