- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, because i feel that each project is different. So each project and price is slightly different. Each persons ideas, financial situation and project is different. So sometimes pricing situation become different.But we explain to our customers about unseen situations, receiving promission to proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to contact new customers,effectively.Greeting them with the proper attire, a firm handshake,eye contact and a warm and welcolming smile.Communicating with them to figure out what there wants are.Successfully accomplishing and complete the services requested.Being able to leave the customer, knowing our services brings satisfaction to the customer, and to our business. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've have over 20+ years experience in the fields.Volunteer Fire Fighting experience. I've 6+years experience of schooling in Maintenance, Repair, Electrical Plumbing, combined with Elevator training and life experience.. Home improvement is something I've been doing my whole life.
