I contacted Jeff to do a background check on my husband, with a particular focus on past marriages and divorces. We agreed on a 2 hour minimum fee ($150) for this search. In a matter of minutes after the payment was made, I received the report. He reported 3 names, indicating them to be divorces. Two that I had found on my own, but a third one that I was unaware of. When I went online to verify the information, the 3rd name was for someone who took a business, my husband and his (then current) wife to court for unpaid debt. A short phone call to the court house and I discovered that that case ended up being dissolved due to bankruptcy. I requested a refund due to the fact that I was given bad information. Jeff pointed out that the price was agreed upon before and that he was only reporting cases. (There are other cases involving my husband online that he did not report) I don't think Jeff was trying to mislead me. I am not sure how he gets his information, but he apparently was more interested in getting the report done quickly than correctly. I would not recommend Jeff to anyone else.

I did offer to complete an out of state check on a third party Client declined We did do research into what was requested and not being “lawyers” I explained we can’t disect court cases. Yes one of three cases was not what client was looking for However we did not locate any more than two records of what was requested. We don’t charge for “results of search” we charge for the time. We guarantee we will do the searches requested and we did 100%. Yes we have been in business since 1994 with a pretty solid reputation Again we did offer to do the out of state research but client declined
