My experience with this service was perfect. He was kind, immediately responsive, respectful and offered an excellent price for his lovely car and service. We were at a dinner and he took us there (an hour away), waited while we had the dining experience, and was in the parking lot waiting to take us home. I will definitely contact him again for any transportation -near or far.

Site would only allow me to pick 3 qualities, but it wasn't enough lol. Promise Rides was the BEST decision ever made in transporting my kids and the whole prom party this past weekend!!! Everything from start to finish was amazing, the responsive, value, professionalism, value, and the quality of service, driver and vehicle were above and beyond. I definitely would recommend to everyone and most definitely will be using for future needs. I can't rave enough about our overall satisfaction.

Excellent Service
Hamid was wonderful. It was a sober occasion, the funeral for my dad. He was on time, even though his office was almost 60 miles from the pick up point. He was appropriately well dressed, very courteous, friendly and well mannered. The cars were pristine, new, modern and luxury SUVs. I will definitely use his services again. I would highly recommend him.

The coordination was very easy. The driver was early and very professional. He was on time picking us up at the end of the evening and got us home safe. This service eliminated the stress of driving, parking, and walking. I definately reccomend Promise Rides LLC for an great transportation experience.
