Michael did an amazing job. I requested for someone to come clean my carpet for my move out and he called me in less than 10 minutes. I ended up having to reschedule and he was more than happy to change the date for me. His set up was quick. I was recently in the market to look into a carpet cleaning project. I was recommended to Thumbtack and found out about The Carpet Medic. Just having one conversation on the phone with him makes you realize that he’s the real deal and how he’s dedicated to the craft of Carpet Cleaning. My carpet has been through a lot when it came to pet stains and ink stains which also left a foul odor in my apartment. As soon as the Carpet Medic came over and got too work on my carpet I was speechless with the results !! The foul aroma had disappeared , heavy stains in my carpet were gone , and carpet looked as how I moved into the place. I had a great experience. Michael was very informative and helpful with not only answering all of my questions but cleaning my furniture that my pet had got sick on. He left it clean and smelling great. Also was a lot cheaper than other cleaning companies. I will definitely use him again in the future for my carpet and furniture cleaning.
