- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this present time we are not offering any discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a lead is approved, Trilogy Catering will send out an estimate to the customer, which will be valid for up to 72 hours. After the estimate is approved, an invoice is sent out and we ask that a deposit of 25% is put down to hold the date. Next Step a payment schedule is issued and all functions are paid in full 3 business days before the event.

Serf-Safe Certified for over 15 years. Culinary Trained since Graduate of Johnson & Wales 1992. Executive Chef Experience for over 10 years.
