Installed a mount for my flatscreen on my wall. Couldn't have done a better job. All questions answered, showed me how to install in case I ever needed to do it again. Had all parts required. My mount needed a special kind of screw, he quickly ran to lowes got he screw came back and a quick installation. I would highly recommend mr Anderson to anyone looking nice for a trustworthy, knowledgable handy man!
I hired Rich to paint most of my 3 bedroom house. He came out prior to quoting and looked over what I wanted done and was very helpful in color selection process. The price he quoted was very reasonable also. He is a very pleasant person and his work is better than any other painter I've seen. The doors and trim came out beautiful and his lines are clean and straight. Before he got to my living room, I mentioned that I was thinking about having crown molding put in and if he could come back to do the living room after I had it installed. He asked who was doing the installation and I told him that I hadn't pick anybody yet. He told me he also did finish carpentry and quoted me a great price, so I had him add that to his list. He did the whole room in a day and it looks great. I will definitely use him again in the future and will certainly recommend him to all my friends. Job well done!
Michael Zaller is someone I am definitely going to hire again. He arrived on time and did the job as quoted and was a real pleasure to work with. We asked his advice on some other plumbing and remodeling projects and he discussed ways we could make improvements. Now I'm anxious to have him get started already!
Kenny did an outstanding job, going above and beyond what we had expected! He went out of his way to find us the correct door, and worked around our schedule to install. Best price of all quotes. A professional installation, and a nice guy, to boot. Would definitely hire again.
Workmanship was good, overall I like his workmanship, he showed up on time and finished on time. My only quibble is that the quarter rounds that were installed needed to be caulked and painted. This is not a part of the install. I was disappointed that I was not advised of this when the quote was prepared. I have a installed floor but not a complete flooring install. I will have to hire someone else to perform the caulking of the nail holes, gaps in the quarter round and painting of the quarter rounds. This will complete the job.
Great man, and great service! I'm keeping Steve's number in my phone for future projects. We redid some of my laminate flooring, patched some holes, and restained my enormous deck. Real laid back guy, and you instantly know you can trust him the moment you meet him. Thank you Steve!
Installed wrought iron balusters in my staircase with excellent results. Very prompt, reasonably priced, diligent, and family oriented. Highly recommended.
Absolutely outstanding!!! Bryan was a total professional!! The backsplash looks incredible and he even helped us finish our flooring we were doing!! I highly recommend!!
They said they'd do the vinyl installation. Came here once to measure. After, we got promises they'd be in afternoon, didnt happen. Next, they said 1st thing in the am. To now, not answering cell, not returning messages. We've been waiting since Tuesday. What is going on with them. I cant get ahold of them. Thanks.. I did not fully understand his pricing before hand. I thought he charged $45.00 an hour for the job but he stated that he told me it was $45.00 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours. So if he did only an hour worth of work he still would have charged $90.00 he said. So persons choosing this company thinking that they will save money should think about this. While the job I had him to do did not really take 2 hours to complete (i.e. install a bottom heating element inside an oven ( 15-20 minutes tops) and put hinges on a kitchen door cabinet, we did have to make a trip to Lowes to get the correct size hinge which took about 15 to 20 minutes). I spent time talking with him about other possible jobs during this time as well. So his total visit was about 2 hours and I paid him $90.00 for the work done.
Extremely punctual and professional. He has been doing my yard work for quite some time now and I’ve never had a complaint. My wife and I mentioned installing a new mailbox and he even did that for us too. I would definitely recommend him for any work that needs to be done!
Everything went great,Drew called me when he was pulling into my driveway. The job was a large AC replacement with a new unit that was more efficient and had more features as well. While I am sure Drew has done this type of job many times, the man ACTUALLY took the time to read the installation manual which is a rarity in todays rush rush world.Bottom line is you wont regret giving your job to Drew.He happily took the agreed upon price without any arguing or stories to get more money from you. James Gordon PS He a dog lover and I got to meet his beautiful Pit named Cole.Couldnt ask for a more mellow dog.He rescued this dog which makes him
Jason and company are almost halfway through renovating my 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo that experienced massive flood damage. Work completed or nearly completed include ceiling drywall replacement, scraping, texturing, and painting. J&N has also replaced a section of damaged subfloor near a shower, installed kitchen drywall, and replaced the shutoff valves under the sink. Reasons I would recommend this company include: 1. Integrity - Jason shows up when he says he will and does what he says he is going to. If something goes wrong, he makes it right. 2. Proactive communication - he sends updates on progress, is very knowledgeable, accessible, and is a straight shooter. 3. Reasonable prices - Comparing to other estimates received, J&N's prices are fair. So far I am pleased at the quality and timeliness of the work.
They said what they were going to do, and did what they said for the price we agrwe'd on. Beautiful work, very detail oriented. I would recommend them to anyone.
I combined my master bedroom with a smaller bedroom to make a master suite. Chris Ward, owner of 1st Class Interiors Corp., performed the work which included expanding an existing closet in the smaller bedroom into a walk-in closet and expanding the opening between the two rooms so that it became one large suite with a sitting area and a new walk-in closet. They also did all of the drywall and finishing work in the project. A header had to be installed above the expanded opening because it was a weight-bearing wall. The end result is exactly what I had envisioned and the quality of the work was excellent and completed in the length of time that was projected.
Installed shutters for five windows. Very professional and completed the job as requested.
