- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That my prices may be adjusted up or down, upon completion of my free estimate. Also that I do give gift cards for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to give and get as much information as possible to give an estimate as close as I can. I will come to you to give an accurate estimate, but will work virtually with you to accomplish this if that fits your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified residential electrician, which allows me to meet a lot of customers needs.
