The job was expected to be an hour or an hour and half according to Kevin. But due to unexpected variation in the part, he spent two hours. No complains-Get It Done Right! He also cleaned up very nicely afterward, in addition to removal of trash. While he was here, he was getting phone messages, though he didn't spend time "with" the phone. I appreciate his professionalism.

Kevin installed two faucets. One was damaged. I really appreciated that, the job was completed in a timely manner, Kevin’s professionalism, the quality of the service as well as the value. That my prices may be adjusted up or down, upon completion of my free estimate. Also that I do give gift cards for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to give and get as much information as possible to give an estimate as close as I can. I will come to you to give an accurate estimate, but will work virtually with you to accomplish this if that fits your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified residential electrician, which allows me to meet a lot of customers needs.
