FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer pricing that is honest, easy to understand & straightforward with no hidden fees. We categorize our projects into flat rates depending on the type and the size — whether it is an interior, exterior, ceiling, or cabinets. We charge a $60 site fee to cover travel and time if you choose not to hire us — but, we waive that fee if you hire us. 🎨 Available discounts: 10% off for new customers. 10% senior, military & first responder discount. Multi-room & repeat customer discounts. $50 referral bonus for each referral client. We are proud to be family-oriented, reasonable, fair, and affordable while providing quality results without being overly expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in keeping things simple, honest, and professional. Our process with new customers usually goes as follows: First Contact: You tell us what you’d like us to do for you — interior, exterior, cabinets or ceilings — and we book a time that is convenient for you to meet. On-Site Estimate: We will come to the location, walk through the project with you, talk about colors and materials and provide you with a written, detailed estimate. If you choose not to go with us there is a $60 on-site estimate fee to cover our travel and time. If you proceed, however, that fee will be waived. Scheduling & Prep Work: Once you agree to the estimate we will schedule the job and complete all prep work needed, covering and taping, sanding and priming as needed, etc. Painting: We will use quality paints, tools, etc. so you will have a clean, professional finish every time. Clean-Up & Walk Through: Once we are finished we will clean everything up and do a walkthrough with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We pride ourselves in being a family-run, reliable, affordable, and simple way to have your project completed from start to finish with minimal stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although my academic background is not specifically related to painting, I was able to obtain the skills and experience for my current painting business. I learned primarily through hands-on experience working with my uncle in Maryland. He is a professional painter with numerous industry-specific experiences. Over the time I worked with him, I learned valuable skills, techniques, and detail orientation to finish painting projects of all varieties whether it be interior, exterior, cabinets, etc. After my skills developed and I felt comfortable working independently, my kids, fiancée, siblings, and parents joined me to start the family-run business we are today. Collectively we try to pride ourselves on work ethic, pride in our craft, and a desire to provide a product for a reasonable price.
